In accordance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, “Personal Data Protection Code,” our Store is committed to observing the total confidentiality of data sent by customers and their use for accounting and shipping purposes. Data will be processed exclusively to fulfill the order and the operations related to the purchase contract. Billing data will be disclosed exclusively for accounting purposes and shipping data exclusively to the carrier responsible for transporting the goods.

Your data will therefore not be used for any purposes other than regular accounting registration required by law, and for the execution of the purchase and shipping contract (assigned couriers).

Your data are processed electronically through online/offline computer tools designed for this purpose. Our systems are protected from third-party abuse. Our Store will be relieved of any responsibility for abusive intrusions into the servers of the provider of this site or thefts and intrusions within our premises resulting in damage, theft, or loss of any data.

Our Store uses international payment circuits based on secure banking servers; therefore, credit card data is not recorded or processed electronically. Our Store will never ask for credit card data or any compromising information for the security of our Store’s customers. Such data is processed exclusively by the banking circuits designated for this use and not disclosed to the merchant (us).

Data collected when placing an order:
– Billing data, for accounting registration and subsequent issuance of documents
– Shipping data, where to deliver the order.
– Customer’s email address, for correspondence related to the duration of the purchase process. (It can be added to the mailing list of our commercial newsletter, which is sent at most on a monthly basis).
– Customer’s telephone number, communicated to the carrier for any delivery arrangements and can be used to contact the Customer for problem resolution.

Refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to conclude the purchase.

The customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the entered data, aware that he/she will be legally liable in case of identity falsification or insertion of untrue billing data. In case of an error, the customer may request the modification of the entered data, but before these are processed for accounting purposes, for the issuance of transport documents or invoices, and certainly not for the shipment of goods.
